Review Guidelines

Ground rules

Review only stays you actually experienced. Rate honestly — good and bad. Use “didn't use / not sure” or “not available” when applicable.

Reviews are generally published as soon as we can confirm your consent to the current Terms and either a linked Google account or a verified email address, unless automated checks flag possible abuse. Published reviews may still be hidden or removed later based on reports or moderation.

Not allowed

Reviews of hotels you didn't stay at; false statements; personal information about staff or guests; defamation, discrimination or threats; hotel insiders reviewing their own properties or deliberately lowering competitors' scores. Disclosure does not make these reviews acceptable.

Incentivized reviews

Reviews submitted through our issued incentivized-campaign invitation links are labeled. Incentives compensate the act of reviewing and are never conditioned on the rating. Contact us before posting about other rewards, invitations or advertising arrangements; these are not automatically detected or labeled.

Violations

Violating reviews may be hidden or removed. Serious abuse may result in suspension. False reviews may carry legal liability.
