Delete your reviews or account

Users linked to Google and users who verified their email address can delete an individual review on My page. Others can use the contact form. When deleting your account, choose to keep or delete all your reviews. Both choices delete saved hotels, profile and sign-in information, after reauthentication with Google or your current password. After leaving, self-service deletion is unavailable and we can no longer match you to the original contributor, so we may be unable to fulfill a removal request based on authorship. We still accept enquiries concerning personal information and rights violations. Deletion is permanent. If you cannot sign in or need to exercise other privacy rights, choose Privacy or deletion request in the contact form.

Report content or a rights violation

Use the report control beside a review or choose Rights or content report in the contact form. Reports do not automatically remove content; we review them first.

For a rights complaint, include the URL, specific content, affected right and reason, your name and contact details, and whether you are the rights holder or an authorized representative. Hotel staff should identify their property and role. We will explain identity verification if necessary; do not send identity documents in the initial form.

After receipt

The form displays a reference number. We review the details, may request more information or consult the poster, and decide whether to hide or remove content. Handling depends on urgency and applicable law; there is no universal response or removal deadline.

We communicate outcomes or reasons for statutory requests for access, correction, restriction and related rights as required by law. General feedback, duplicates and spam may not receive an individual reply.

Hotel information corrections

Choose Hotel information correction for incorrect names or addresses, changed facilities or closures. Include the URL and supporting information. A low rating alone is not a reason to remove a review, including at a hotel's request.
